Rendity | Corporate Design, Web and App Design
Rendity is a digital real estate investment platform that enables users to invest in selected real estate projects and rental properties. I contributed to the development of the platform by building a user-friendly iOS app and redesigning the company website to improve the overall user experience and strengthen the brand presence.
In addition, I developed and implemented targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new users who were not yet familiar with the product. This included building customer journeys across multiple touchpoints such as newsletters, performance marketing campaigns, and various digital marketing assets.
A key milestone was my involvement in the first major redesign and product implementation of Rendity Property. I helped develop a user-friendly platform that allows investors to purchase shares in rental properties using blockchain technology, making real estate investment more accessible and transparent.
Product
A key focus of my work was designing a simple and intuitive onboarding experience that helps new users get started quickly. I streamlined the initial user flow to reduce friction and guide users step by step toward their first investment, making the process more accessible and easy to understand. Additionally, I introduced small animated graphics to help explain complex investment concepts, making it easier for users to understand how real estate investments work.
