Seatsmatch is a platform for flexible workspace solutions – from coworking spaces and virtual offices to private workspaces. It connects businesses and providers efficiently, offering a fully digital booking experience. The name reflects the core idea: Seatsmatch brings together companies looking for a new base (seat) with the right partner (match).
The design approach translates this concept of "matching" into a clear visual language: clarity, structure, and transparency take center stage. Color overlays in the branding symbolize the connection between both sides, while the reduced interface keeps the focus on functionality and scalability.

Product
The UI design of Seatsmatch follows a minimalist approach, creating a clear and structured user flow. By stripping away unnecessary elements, it offers a functional, visually communicative digital experience that feels calm, trustworthy, and contemporary. The design emphasizes the core actions—searching, comparing, and booking workspaces—through a modular and organized interface. Whitespace and clear visual hierarchies ensure a seamless user experience, while filters and grid systems maximize clarity. The interface remains adaptable to future needs, offering scalability and flexibility for upcoming expansions.
As the user clicks through, they are taken on a small journey, where they receive playful, detailed information about the projects.
Structur
The structure of Seatsmatch is centered on clarity and intuitive navigation. It is divided into distinct sections for searching, filtering, and booking workspaces, ensuring a streamlined and visually appealing experience. Thanks to the use of whitespace and a grid layout, the platform is easy to navigate, while maintaining a clear, organized appearance. Its modular design ensures flexibility and allows for smooth updates and additions as the platform evolves.
Branding
The logo features two intersecting shapes, their colors blending at the overlap. This transparent intersection visually represents the core of Seatsmatch: connecting workspace providers with those in search of the ideal space. Just like the match between a workspace and a user, the overlap creates a new space, bringing together two elements to form something greater.
